This notice explains how Casting Room Secrets, also branded as CastingRoomSecrets, handles information submitted through its self-tape feedback site, Review Ops fulfillment workflow, Content Studio, and approved content publishing tools.
Information We Collect
- Contact details, including name, email address, Instagram handle, and optional TikTok handle.
- Self-tape uploads, script or sides text, scene context, feedback requests, and actor-provided context.
- Offer, consent, payment status, upload metadata, timestamps, delivery status, and generated content status.
- Basic technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, request logs, and security events.
How We Use Information
- To receive submissions, process uploads, prepare feedback, create PDF reviews, and email results.
- To process payments, confirm purchases, prevent abuse, maintain security, and operate Review Ops and Content Studio.
- For public-offer submissions, to create and publish or export social content only according to the consent accepted during submission.
- To connect operator-approved content exports to social platforms such as Instagram or TikTok when the account owner authorizes that connection.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, including Google Cloud for hosting/storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and review/fulfillment tools used to prepare feedback and approved content. They receive information only as needed to provide their services.
TikTok Integration
If a Casting Room Secrets operator connects a TikTok account or publishes approved content to TikTok, we use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API only for that publishing workflow. The TikTok user.info.basic scope is used to identify the connected TikTok account, such as open ID and basic profile details, so the operator can confirm the correct creator account is connected. The video.upload scope is used to upload an approved video as a TikTok draft. We do not sell TikTok account data, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it outside the Casting Room Secrets publishing workflow.
Public and Private Options
Private review offers are intended to stay off public pages and social platforms. Public review offers may be featured according to the consent terms accepted during submission. If there is any conflict between this notice and the specific consent terms accepted during submission, the specific consent terms control the content rights for that submission.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or review of submitted information by emailing reviews@castingroomsecrets.com. Some information may be retained where needed for payment records, security, legal obligations, dispute handling, or completed fulfillment.
California and Privacy Rights
We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If marketing or retargeting tools are added, they remain controlled by the cookie preferences on this site. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where technically available.
International Visitors
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. We use your information to perform the requested review service, honor consent, operate the site, and protect the service.
