Terms of Service
Effective May 1, 2026
These terms apply to Casting Room Secrets, also branded as CastingRoomSecrets, including the self-tape feedback website, Review Ops fulfillment, Content Studio, and approved content export workflow. The submission form may also ask users to accept specific review consent terms for a particular offer.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and submit only material you have the right to submit. Do not submit another person's performance without permission.
Review Service
Feedback is educational and practical. It does not guarantee auditions, callbacks, representation, casting outcomes, social posting, audience growth, or any specific career result.
Public and Private Offers
Public offers may be featured according to the consent terms accepted during submission. Private offers are intended not to be posted. Delivery windows are targets measured from a complete valid submission and payment where required.
Content Studio and Social Export
Only submissions with the required public and commercial consent are eligible for social content creation. Approved operators may export or publish generated short-form content to connected platforms, including TikTok, only when the relevant platform account has been authorized and the content has passed internal review.
TikTok Publishing
Casting Room Secrets may include operator tools for sending approved rendered videos to TikTok through TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. The operator must connect the correct TikTok account, review the video and caption, and confirm the draft upload before content is sent. TikTok drafts are also subject to TikTok's own terms, review systems, availability, and platform rules. We may limit, disable, or revise these publishing tools during app review, sandbox testing, or platform changes.
Payments
Paid offers are processed through Stripe. If a payment succeeds but a valid review cannot be completed, contact reviews@castingroomsecrets.com so we can resolve it.
Submission Quality
If a tape is too dark, inaudible, corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise impossible to review, we may ask for a replacement before completing the review.
Acceptable Use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, malicious, or non-consensual material. Do not attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the site.
